协调会议crm数据库日程安排行政协调
Job Description 职位描述:
? Manages and maintains daily calendars, independently schedules appointments as necessary acting proactively to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
管理和维护日常工作行程,独立协调会议,行事主动以确保日常工作顺利完成。
? Coordinates all travel arrangements, prepares detailed travel itineraries, and compiles documents for travel-related meetings for team members.
协调团队成员国内外出差行程,准备出行计划及出差会议相关文件。
? Assisting and tracking project progress, business development and operation affairs, maintain good communication with partners and admin supporting.
协助和跟踪项目进展、业务发展和运营事务,与合作伙伴保持良好沟通及行政协调支持;
? Responsible for the statistics, updating and maintenance of the company CRM database
负责公司 CRM 数据库的统计/更新及维护。
? Assist in building, updating and maintenance of HR/OA/Salesforce system.
协助搭建,更新及维护公司HR/OA/Salesforce办公软件。
? Participate and complete other related projects and administrative work as required
按需求参与/完成其他相关的项目及行政工作。

Requirements 任职要求:
? With strong communication skills, maintain a high level of work quality and detail-oriented
良好的沟通能力,高水平的工作质量并关注细节;
? Excellent verbal and written in Chinese and English
拥有熟练的中英文沟通及写作能力;
? Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
出色的办公软件技能,熟练运用 PowerPoint,Excel 和 Word;
? Clear logical thinking ,Ability to multitask and advanced time management skills
逻辑思维清晰,具备多任务处理能力和时间管理能力
? Fast learning ability and teamwork spirit
有快速学习能力和团队合作精神;
? Bachelor degree or above, relevant administrative experience is preferred.
本科以上学历, 拥有相关行政实习经验优先。
